Case Description:
Practitioner Ms. Gui Mingfen lived in Maxian Village, Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. She began practicing Dafa in late 1998 and was cured of numerous illnesses, including rheumatic heart disease. She went to the Provincial CCP Committee to appeal for Falun Gong on April 4, 2000. The perpetrators tailed her, illegally detained her twice, sent her to a brainwashing class twice and required her to "sign out" before she went out to do anything, including shopping at a market. Her family monitored her to prevent her from going out and during this time her health declined greatly. She had blood in her stool for over two years and passed away on January 25, 2005.
