Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Mr. Li Kai from Lulong County was secretly sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison on September 7, 2015. He was taken to the Jidong Prison in Tangshan City.
Mr. Li suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and lost consciousness in early December 2015. He was taken to the Tangshan Workers Hospital for emergency care. Mr. Li passed away at the end of January 2016. The Jidong Prison paid his family between 10,000 and 20,000 yuan in restitution.
