Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Ms. Jiao Qiufang was a native of Xinxiang City, Henan Province. She was arrested together with more than a dozen other Falun Gong practitioners on November 3, 2014. She was released on bail six days later, only to have her arrest formally approved in a few days.
In order to avoid being arrested, she left home and wandered about. The policep put her on the wanted list and harassed her family members. Her sister-in-law was arrested while picking up her pension benefits for her.
Ms. Jiao's husband couldn't stand the police harassment and divorced her.
Ms. Jiao died in her rental place on June 1, 2016. She was 65. The police harassed her family and her landlord a few times after her passing.
