Cao Guozhi - 曹国志
(Minghui.org) Lindian County resident Mr. Cao Guozhi graduated from the Physics Department of Jiamusi Teachers Institute. He then taught at Lindian No. 3 Middle School in Daqing City. He began to practice Falun Gong in 1996.
Mr. Cao was placed under criminal detention many times after the Chinese Communist Party started persecuting Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. He was given a four-year prison term and fired from his job in 2002.
While imprisoned, he was severely tortured, including being beaten and given unknown drugs. The prison officials have been lacing his meals with unknown drugs, causing him to have a mental breakdown and muscle atrophy. He could no longer care for himself.
After he was released, Mr. Cao was always weak, experienced soreness all over his body, could not urinate and became blind in both eyes.
He passed away in extreme pain on June 4, 2017, at the age of 44.
