Case Description:
Practitioner Ms. Li Cuiyan, 48 years old, worked at the Qinhuangdao City Oil Piping Bureau in Hebei Province. She went to Beijing to validate Dafa and was brutally tortured. In August 2000 she was locked up at the No. 2 Detention Center in Qinhuangdao City. The guards beat her for practicing the Falun Gong exercises. She held a hunger strike and was savagely beaten and force-fed by several guards. She was later sent to the notorious Changli County Brainwashing Center in Qinhuangdao City. After her release, the perpetrators continued to monitor and follow her, and she lived under tremendous mental pressure. She fell from the top of a five-story building and was paralyzed. After four years of suffering, she passed away in March 2005.
