Case Description:

(Minghui.org) Ms. Cai Shoujun was a Falun Gong practitioner in Funing County, Jiangsu Province. She went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong in October 1999 and was arrested. The local police kept harassing her afterwards.


She went to Beijing again in March 2000 and was arrested by officers Lu Xiangsheng, Zhou Gubai and Shi Zhishun. She was put on heavy shackles and sent to a local detention center.


A few years later, officer Wang Hua forced her to attend brainwashing sessions from time to time. They also ordered her husband, a middle school princial, to accompany her at the brainwashing sessions.


She became critically ill in 2017. Weeks before her death, the police still came to her home to take pictures of her when she was bedridden and unable to talk.
