(Minghui.org) Ms. Gao Fengying was a Falun Gong practitioner in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. During Bao Hongbin's tenure as the local domestic security office head, he directed his officers to arrest, detain and torture local practitioners, including Ms. Gao.
Ms. Gao died as a result of the persecution. Details of her death remain under investigation.
