In 2004, Dafa practitioner Mr. Xu Jishan of Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province was illegally sentenced to three years in prison and was incarcerated at the Daqing Prison. According to a reliable source, in the afternoon of June 7, 2005, Mr. Xu was choked to death with water by five inmates under the order of prison guards.
