Case Description:
Mr. Bai Qingli, 61, was a Falun Dafa practitioner from the Nanyang Automobile Factory in Henan Province. He started to practice Falun Gong in 1997. In 2001, he went to a Fa conference. The police arrested and detained him twice. They extorted 3,000 yuan from his family before releasing him. Mr. Bai endured extreme persecution. In January 2004, he passed away.
