Case Description:
Dafa practitioner Chen Jiafu, male, 44, was a resident of Dalian City, Liaoning Province. He was illegally sentenced to labor "re-education" on April 14, 2000 and sent to the Zhoushuizi Labor Camp in Dalian City. On July 1 or 2, 2001, he was tortured to death at this labor camp.
