Case Description:
Ms. Chu Xiuli was a practitioner from the Xiangfang District of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. At the beginning of March 2005, she was persecuted into a state of critical illness by the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City. She was diagnosed with breast cancer. To shirk responsibility, the guards in the labor camp ordered her family to take her home. She passed away on March 23, 2006.
