Case Description:
Ms. Sun Yalan was a practitioner from Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. On March 30, 2000, while she was working, she was arrested and taken to a detention center by Wang Guoqi, director of Xingjian Road Police Station, Xingan Disitricr, Hegang City. She held a hunger strike to protest the persecution. She was released more than ten days later when she was critically ill. She passed away one month later.
