Case Description:
Ms. Wang Yan lived on Shidao Street at Xigang District in Dalian City. She has a son who is in 4th grade in elementary school. On October 1, 2000, she went to Beijing to appeal for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong. She was escorted back home and put under house arrest. To avoid the persecution and uphold her belief, she was forced to become homeless and move from one place to another. She went to Beijing many times to validate the Fa.
In April 2001, she was illegally arrested and sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. In September 2003, she was released. Her family members carried her back home on their back. On October 1, she passed away.
