Case Description:
Li Xianglan, female, 49-years old, was illegally arrested and tortured by city and town authorities for being firm in cultivating Falun Dafa. During her detention, her whole body was covered with injuries and wounds from the beatings by the police. On the verge of death, she was released, but died around 10am April 15, 2001, the second day after being sent back home. After her death, police repeatedly threatened her family members.
