He was arrested again in August 2006 while meeting with friends at the Honglang Garden in Harbin City. The persecutors took him to the Nangang Police Department Detention Center where he was savagely tortured. Two weeks later he was taken to the Harbin City Police Hospital to be further persecuted. After one month his friend(s) visited the hospital but were prohibited from seeing him.
