Case Description:
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Guo Haishan, who was blind, had retired from the 19th Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Missile Technology (CAMT). Because he was determined to practice Falun Gong, he was illegally arrested and sent to a brainwashing center at the end of the summer in 2002 and in the summer of 2006, where he was subjected to torture. On November 26, 2006, Mr. Guo died at the age of 71 as a result of the persecution.
