Case Description:
Falun Dafa practitioner Yue Kai, from Yushu City, Jilin Province, was tortured to death in Weizigou and Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camps. A 29-year-old employee of Yushu Transportation Company, he died on February 18, 2002.
