Case Description:
Ms. Niu Mengling was a Falun Dafa practitioner employed by the Shihezi City East Power Plant in Xinjiang Autonomous District. On November 26, 2004, "610 Office" police ransacked her house at noon, arrested her then took her to her younger brother's house to ransack it. There were only police and her inside her brother's house. Witnesses saw her fall from the sixth floor window. Blood came from her nose and mouth, and then she passed out. She was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment, but was declared dead. She died at age 32, leaving a six year old daughter.
