Case Description:

Dong Jinlan was a 38-year-old female Dafa practitioner from Shuangcheng Town, Liangzhou District, Wuwei City. Her husband died long ago, and she had to raise her two young children all by herself. After Jiang and his political gang started the persecution of Falun Gong, she went to Beijing several times to appeal; however, she was arrested each time. In addition, the police used despicable means to estrange her family members from her, which rendered her homeless. Even so, the police wouldn't give up and they still kept looking for her.

On September 3, 2002, police in Wuwei City broke into a truth-clarifying materials production site. A male practitioner escaped successfully, but Dong Jinlan was forced to jump down from the balcony of the 6th floor to her death.
