Falun Dafa practitioner Tao Hongsheng, male, 46, worked in the Security Department of Hebei Province. He was sentenced to three years of forced labor. In the Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp, he suffered brutal mistreatment. As a result, he developed serious diarrhea and edema. He passed way on September 20, 2000.
