Case Description:
Song Xingguo, male, 29-year-old, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Zhulikou Village, Tengzhuang Township, Huanghua City, Hebei Province, went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution during his illegal detention in Shijiazhuang City Forced Labor Camp. In November 2002, when the police saw that he was on the verge of death after a year on his hunger strike, instead of sending him home, without informing his family members, they sent him to Handan City Forced Labor Camp, a place even further away from his home. The cruel guards inserted a tube directly into his stomach for force-feeding. Eleven days later, Song Xingguo died as a result of torture in the camp.
