Case Description:
Emei City Dafa practitioner Guo Qirong , female, 59-year-old, with a college education, was a senior engineer at Emei Mountain Spring Water Factory and a standing committee member of the People's Political Consultative Conference of Emei City.
was illegally detained and persecuted for three years. After being released, she was arrested again on August 17, 2002, and unlawfully sentenced to four years in jail. On December 17, she was suddenly sent to Longquanyi Chuanxi Female Jail in Chengdu City and died on the next morning, on December 18, 2002.
