Case Description:
Dafa practitioner Lin Zhiping, male, 60 years old, lived in Xiayingzi Village, Zhuluke Township, Jianping County, Liaoning Province. He was given an illegal three-year prison term because he held a peaceful appeal in Beijing. On October 11, 2002, he was sent to the Dabei Prison in Shenyang Province where he was tortured to death on November 25, 2002.
