Case Description:
In May 2003, Dafa practitioner Mr. Tan Chengqiang from Handian Town, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province was arrested. The perpetrators were the village head and the people from the local "610 Office"*, who sent him to the No. 2 Detention Center. During the detention he was brutally force-fed, which resulted in pleurisy and complications in his lungs. He passed away on July 19, 2003.
