Case Description:
In 2001, Dafa practitioner Mr. Cao Ping from Linshui County, Guangan City, Sichuan Province was illegally sentenced to four years in prison. While imprisoned, he endured brutal torture, which severely injured his internal organs. In May 2003 his family took him home. He passed away at 1: 30 a.m. on July 17, 2003.
