Case Description:

(Minghui.org) On the morning of October 20, 2005, Ms. Cai Xiaoyan was once again illegally arrested from home by the Daqing police, who also ransacked her house. During the past several years of persecution, the police have ransacked Cai Xiaoyan's home numerous times, leaving her almost penniless. This time, the police found nothing valuable in her home, except for some Dafa truth-clarification materials. After Ms. Cai's arrest, her only child in high school was left home alone, struggling with his daily life with not enough food or care.


Cai Xiaoyan was an employee of the Daqing City Oil Refinery Factory. Because of her firm belief in "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance," she was subjected to arrest, detention, forced labor and torture during the past several years. Her husband knew very well that his wife is a good person but just could not understand why the Daqing police continuously persecuted her. Unable to bear the tremendous pressure and mental burden, he passed away in 2004.
