Case Description:
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Qu Hongkui, from Dongliao County, Liaoyuan Province went out to clarify the truth many times. He was sentenced to three years of forced labor in December 2001, and developed tuberculosis inside the Chaoyanggou Labor Camp in Changchun City. He was released on December 29, 2004, and died on February 13, 2005.
