Hao Yuzhi - 郝玉枝
(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Hao Yuzhi died on September 6, 2012 at the Hebei Province Women's Forced Labor Camp, at the age of 58. She was arrested by officers from the Guantao County Police Department on July 16, 2011. Her home was ransacked and she was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.
According to sources, guard Wu Lina struck Ms. Hao on her chest with a club in May 2012. Ms. Hao suffered from chest pain afterwards and had bleeding in her lower body. Chief Zang Zhiying brought Ms. Hao to the camp hospital for a checkup, but no medical treatment was given. Zang then forced Ms. Hao to go to the fields and perform hard labor, and ordered inmate Zhao Nana to monitor her. Additional information will be further investigated.
Parties involved in the persecution of Ms. Hao at Hebei Province Women's Forced Labor Camp:
Guard Fan Miaolu (No. 1356102) has routinely beaten, cursed, and insulted practitioners, and has employed more brutal methods on practitioners who refused to “transform." Torture methods employed by Fan include handcuffing practitioners' wrists behind their backs, hanging up by the handcuffs, forced standing for prolonged periods, and severe beatings. She is reported to have said, “Our methods are light compared to others. One person was buried alive here. Go ahead and sue me. I'm waiting for that.”
Officer Wang Kun, from the Yongnian Domestic Security Division, has beaten and tortured practitioners. He has claimed, “I've used all the torture methods that are mentioned on the Internet. Sue me.”
Inmate Zhao Nana, in her 20s, was sentenced to six years in prison for fighting. Her term was later changed to forced labor. Chief Zang Zhiying and Hou Junmei have had her monitor practitioners under the enticement of term reduction. Zhao frequently beats and swears at practitioners who refuse to “transform.”
