Case Description:
Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms Cao Yali, 46, from Nongan County, Changchun City, Jilin Province, started to practice Falun Dafa in 1996. After the persecution of Falun Dafa began in July 1999, she twice went to Beijing to validate Dafa, was arrested many times, and twice sentenced to labor camp terms. Due to her determined belief in Falun Dafa, Ms Cao was persecuted to death during her second term in Heizuizi Labor Camp. Afraid of taking responsibility, the labor camp released her on medical parole in August, 2003, but she died on the morning of February 6th, 2004 with her charges not cleared.
