Case Description:
Mr. Li Chuanwen, 54 years old, was from Hongmei Town, Meihekou City, Jilin Province. . After the persecution of Falun Gong began in July 1999, he was brutally beat several times by Niu Zhenkui, of Hongmen Town Police Station. He was also sentenced to forced labor twice. He was released from the forced labor camp when he was at his last gasp in March 2003. He passed away on March 19, 2004.
