Case Description:
Mr. Li Haishan, 60, lived in Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. On Feburary 24, 2004, Mao Yulong led six police officers and took him to a detention center. He was put on handcuffs and fetters, fixed onto a iron chair and tortured for confession. He was also fined 4, 000 yuan. He became extremely thin due to the persecution. He passed away on January 13, 2005.
