[Minghui Net] Since the year 2001, the evil forces have been running rampant in Guangdong province. Under the name of "Cracking Down on Criminals and Reorganizing Social Security," the provincial government has dispatched thousands of armed policemen to the Guangzhou, Dongguan, and Fanyu areas to illegally round up and arrest Falun Dafa practitioners who have been forced to leave their homes. As a result, many practitioners, including some local practitioners and practitioners from other places who came to live in Guangdong, have been arrested. Meanwhile, the evil forces escalate the persecution of practitioners who haven't stepped forward yet, and send them to brainwashing classes.
Following is only a partial list of the practitioners who have been arrested or are known to be missing:
On January 22, 2001, Dafa practitioner Xiao Wu (male, pseudonym) was arrested at Tangxia district, Guangzhou City. Three thousand copies of Dafa materials were confiscated during the arrest. It is said that he is being held in Tianhe District Detention Center, Guangzhou City.
On the night of February 9, 2001, many practitioners were arrested when they were exchanging cultivation experiences with other practitioners at Guicheng Town, in the Nanhai area. Three practitioners from Guangzhou city are missing: Ah Yu (male, pseudonym), Xiao He (male, pseudonym) and Ah Jin (male).
In February, some Guangzhou practitioners went to Dongguan City to distribute Dafa materials. In order for other practitioners to leave safely, Ms. Zhang Li was arrested. (This has been reported on Minghui Net already.) Another practitioner, Xiao Qiao, from Foshan city was arrested by police who were waiting for him at his home when he returned to Foshan city to distribute Dafa materials.
On February 14th 15th, Ah Hui and Ah Min (both are pseudonyms) were arrested while they were distributing Dafa materials at Yanbu Town in the Nanhai area.
In mid February, Zhixin (male, pseudonym) was arrested while he was distributing VCDs telling the truth about Dafa at Zhongshan University.
On February 11, 2001, female practitioner Xue Renqiong was arrested in Guangzhou and sentenced to 2 years in the Chatou Female Labor Camp, Guangzhou City. The house Xue rented with her aunt Xue Jun was ransacked. Xue Jun (also a practitioner) is now wanted by Guangzhou and Zhuhai Public Security Bureaus. She has to wander about with her 2 years old son. Her husband, Yang Bangquan, has been illegally detained since June 18 of last year. This has been reported on the Minghui Net already.
Two days later, Xue's other roommate, Dafa practitioner Xia Yueqin was arrested at her work place by the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau, and she is now in the Chatou Labor Camp, Guangzhou City.
February 17, 2001, Dafa practitioner Xiao Xu (male) was arrested by the evil force in Chaozhou city as he was sharing cultivation experiences with other practitioners. At the same time, two other practitioners were also arrested. They were held in the Jieyang Detention Center. Those three practitioners didn't follow the evil's orders. They went on a hunger strike, and their mouths were pried open during force- feeding.
Before February 25, 2001, a Guangzhou practitioner Han Yizhe (female, a Teacher in the Chinese Department of Southern China Normal University) was arrested at Fangcun District, Guangzhou City. She is now in the Chatou Labor Camp.
At the end of February, female Dafa practitioners Ah Chun and Ah Xia (both are pseudonyms) were arrested in Tangxia District, Guangzhou City.
Another male practitioner, Lin Xucheng, was arrested when he was taking care of his friend's child. After Minghui Net reported this evil, Lin was moved from Huizhou Detention Center to Huanghua Road Detention Center in Guangzhou City. His house was searched. His wife Chen Yuexu (also a practitioner) had to wander about. She was arrested at the end of May.
Between March and April, Guangzhou practitioners Lai Yonglin, Xiao Cai, and one more were arrested at Huiqianxincheng, Guangzhou City. We don't know where they are now.
On April 11, 2001, the vicious policemen searched a rental house in the township of Yindingtang, and arrested some practitioners including: Ye Weixiong, Long Dehao, Ah Xiang (pseudonym), Li Hecong and Xiao Yang. Later, Xiao Yang and Ah Xiang ran away from the police station. As a result, the head person of the police station was fired. On the next day Xiao Zhong and Liao Xiaohong were arrested at the rental house by the policemen who were waiting there constantly.
On April 16, Liao Xiaohong's wife Shi Jiaoyu (Shi was five months pregnant at that time) was arrested from her house at Guangyuan Apartment. Two other practitioners, Wu Shaochong and Aunt Chen were arrested when they came to visit Shi Jiaoyu. Later Aunt Chen took off the handcuffs and ran away.
At the end of April, Guangdong Dafa practitioners Xiao Zhang and Xiao Yan (both are pseudonyms) were missing.
On May 5, 2001, Ah Xiang was arrested when she went to see another practitioner who was released from Huadu Labor Camp, Guangzhou City.
On May 9, 2001, when practitioner Lingyun (male, pseudonym) went out with another practitioner on the street, they were followed by policemen. Later we lost contact with them.
In May, Yangfan (pseudonym) is missing together with another fellow practitioner.
On May 18, Miss Xiao, along with two other practitioners, were arrested when they went to Shenzhen city to share cultivation experiences. (Minghui Net has reported this already.)
On May 28, practitioner Kenndy (pseudonym, lives in Yikangyuan, Xilang, Fangcun, Guangzhou City), Anqi (pseudonym), Ah Rong (pseudonym), and Xiao Ming (pseudonym), were arrested from their homes. Ah Rong and her eight month old daughter were sent to a brainwashing class. The other three were sent to a detention center.
On May 29 ~ 30, more than 10 Guangzhou practitioners went missing, including Wu Zhiping and Ah Fu.
On the night of June 2, Guangdong practitioner Liu Fang (female, pseudonym) was arrested when she was distributing Dafa materials on Shuiyin Road.
On June 8, practitioner Yu Xinhui and Lin Gang were arrested while having dinner. Their home was searched thereafter. Yu is kept in Huanghua Road Detention Center. Another practitioner, Han Yaojuan (female) was arrested, (Minghui Net has reported this) and she is kept in Dongshan District Detention Center.
On June 19, female practitioners Ah Ying, Ah Dong (Both are pseudonym), Xiao Li, Xiao Jiang, and Aunt Zhu went missing near their homes.
The following are the evil ones that did the "outstanding" job in brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners:
1) Ge Zhenting (male) the secretary of the Political Law Committee in Liwan District, Guangzhou City.
2) Chen Yanhong (female) Women's Labor Camp, Guangdong Province.
