When our conversation went further, we found out that she did not truly understand cultivation. We did not want to give her the Book (Zhuan Falun). Upon leaving, she stood up suddenly, almost shouting at us, "You are saving me but would not give me the Book?" We were stunned by her way of speaking and the longing in her eyes. We hurriedly took out Zhuan Falun and gave it to her. She took the Book quickly and put it inside her bag, all the while saying, "I will be sure to put it in a good place. I will not go back to Mount Wutai (temple). I will cook for my sister's family and study the Fa while they are all gone at work. No wonder I missed that bus when it came; I was waiting for you two."

There is a serious problem with China's economy. It is fair on the outside and foul within. The preventive measures that the people of Taiwan should take are to know the truth and spread the truth. They should not get involved with a country where disorder reigns, and they should not go to live in a dangerous country.

By using the media to proliferate propaganda, government officials are causing people to be against Falun Gong, and are thus leading them astray. Falun Dafa practitioners have been enduring persecution and unjust treatment for the past several years, but they are using grand compassion and tolerance to manifest the true realm of Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance. I was getting nervous about making the phone call because I feared that they would not listen to me. My hands started shaking in the last few seconds of the conversation, and my whole body was tense like a stretched spring. Suddenly, I enlightened, "This is not me! The person who fears is not me. It is my postnatally-acquired notions, thought karma, and outside interference!" At this moment, what seemed like a big electric current flowed over me from my head to my feet. My "fear" problem is getting much better. I can enlighten to Fa principles during reading, but many attachments and the mentality of fear can truly be eliminated only in the process of validating Dafa.
