Today 119 people have solemnly declared that all that they said and did, that does not conform to Dafa, which was against their will and while being forced to undergo severe brainwashing, is completely void. They will redouble their efforts, clarify the truth and become qualified Falun Dafa disciples. A second year middle school student declared that the "promise statement" he wrote for his aunt under the local policeman's intimidation is now void.

Letter to the 610 office and the director of the public security bureau: On February 2, I was taking an afternoon nap at home when policemen illegally abducted me and forced me to go to the detention center. They claimed that I "damaged the law enforcement." Later, according to the policemen in the detention center, they arrested me because they "heard I would be going to Beijing." Such "enforcing" of the law while consciously violating the law causes the people to stare with shocked disbelief.

On February 14, practitioners in the San Francisco Bay area held a press conference regarding the arrest of five local practitioners who appealed in Tiananmen Square in China. The mother of a practitioner who joined the appeal said, during the press conference, that she supports her son's action for justice. Five major news agencies from the area were present at the press conference.

On December 31, 2000, Ms Wang went to Beijing to validate Dafa. However, she was intercepted and sent to Sanhe City Procuratorate by the police for refusing to curse Dafa. Policemen wielding an electric baton beat her viciously. She refused to report her name and address. At night she was sent to Yutian County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, in a taxi by the police and was thrown into a hotel along the country road.

On January 9, 2001, Ms Wang finally went to Tiananmen and unfurled the banner. She was arrested and assaulted by the police at once and was sent to Beihai Park Police Station for brainwashing. She was locked up there for two days and two nights and sent back to the Xicheng Detention center. No matter how she was tortured, threatened and lied to, Ms Wang did not cooperate and started a hunger strike. Five days later she was thrown onto the Second Ring highway in Beijing.

On November 21, 2001, Ms Wang was sleeping at home when four policemen went to her home. Wang sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil elements behind them and clarified the truth to them, telling them the principle of retribution. The police wanted to take her away forcibly. While sending forth righteous thoughts, Ms. Wang pulled her arms away and said loudly, "Who dares to do it?!" The police then left quietly.
