[China] Suggestion to Practitioners: Stop the Slandering of China Central TV
We suggest that all practitioners in China send forth righteous thoughts at the same time to completely eliminate the evils behind those who attempt to destroy Dafa at the China Central TV Station. When CCTV broadcasts a program slandering Dafa, we shall immediately send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil and forbid it to deceive and destroy innocent lives. At the same time, let the slandering news organizers, producers and publishers receive immediate retribution from heaven.
At ordinary times, we shall send forth righteous thoughts continuously to eliminate the evil behind the CCTV Station and eliminate any evil that dares to reinforce the CCTV Station.
[China] The Power of Righteous Thoughts
On the night of December 28, 2001, four practitioners were making Dafa banners that read, "Falun Dafa is Good!" on a highway bridge. Because they were sending forth righteous thoughts all the time, they weren't scared at all when the guard patrols from the "610 Office" came. Following is the conversation:
Patrol Guard from "610 Office": "What are you doing here?"
Practitioners: "We are making a banner."
Patrol Guard from "610 Office": "What kind of banner?"
Practitioners: "It's says 'Falun Dafa is Good.' Come and have a look. It is beneficial to you."
Patrol Guard from "610 Office": "We have already seen it before."
After that, the guards from "610 Office" got into their car and drove away, and the practitioners continued to make their banner.
[Weifang, Shandong Province] Practitioner Xia Aixiang Has Been Abducted and Held For Half a Year
Xia Aixiang is a pure, kind and honest housewife from the countryside. She practices Falun Dafa and has greatly benefited from it both mentally and physically. From the bottom of her heart, she knows Falun Dafa is very good and righteous. Because of this, the vicious policemen from the "610 Office" in Changle County abducted her. The police tightly sealed any information about her case. After half a year, the family still doesn't know if she is still alive or not. A happy family was torn apart and people were heartbroken.
[Qingyuan, Guangdong Province] Many Qingyuan City Practitioners Are Being Abducted
At the end of the year 2001, many practitioners of Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province were arrested because of clarifying the truth. Practitioners Huang Qiumei (female), Peng Sailian (female), Lai Miaochi (female) and Liu Huanlian were sentenced to one year of imprisonment. Several other practitioners (names unknown) were illegally sent to forced labor camps.
Practitioners Wu Changru (female) and Wu Yihong (female), who worked in Dongguang City, were also arrested from their work units by the police from Qingyuan City because of clarifying the truth to the public.
[Jilin Province] Jilin Provincial Authorities Intensify the Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners in Forced Labor Camps
Authorities in China decided to place those Falun Gong practitioners who are illegally held in forced labor camps under more centralized control towards the end of last year. In Jilin Province there are now three forced labor camps for practitioners: 1. Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai City; 2. Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City; 3. Heizuizi Female Labor Camp in Changchun City, where all female practitioners are held.
Practitioners were transferred from labor camps in Baishan City, Tonghua City, Liaoyuan City, and Siping City to Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City on December 24. Vehicles carrying practitioners arrived throughout the afternoon.
Practitioners who just arrived were distributed to a mid-unit. Those in the same mid-unit (members of which share the same room) were asked to wait in a restroom or washing room. "Persons on duty" (convicted criminals) searched the luggage of the newly arrived practitioners. When Teacher's articles were found in bags, each newly arrived practitioner was brutally beaten. Vicious policemen yelled, "Whoever doesn't heed my words will be severely punished." Because the police ordered their actions, the convicted criminals had nothing to worry about. Hitting and kicking were only the beginning. The more severe actions included dragging a practitioner by his hair and smashing his head into the wall. Some passed out right away. For those who did not, the sound of their heads hitting the wall and their shouts of pain, were heard on the other floors of the building.
The brutal beating of practitioners took place continuously. Some refused to recite the rules for those in the forced labor "reeducation" program and were hit and kicked. Some practitioners suffered from bodily injuries when hit by rubber clubs or even iron pipes with a diameter of 1 inch. Some practitioners had inch-long cuts on the head, and blood gushed out. Some had multiple injuries with clotted blood, swelling, and cuts on their backs and legs. Those who saw these injuries couldn't help but feel the pain too. Yet in spite of these massive tribulations, Falun Gong practitioners did not compromise with or surrender to the evil.
Even though they suffered such barbaric treatment, practitioners were still able to tell the truth about Falun Gong to those who persecuted them. A couple of policemen realized they were at fault and achieved a better understanding of Falun Gong. They admitted their wrong doings to the practitioners. From this we see the magnificence of character and the moral strength of Falun Gong practitioners.
[Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Sanjiang Evening Newspaper Slanders the Buddha Fa
On January 23, 2002, the Sanjiang Evening Newspaper of Jiamusi City in Heilongjiang Province again published articles attacking Falun Dafa. We recommend practitioners in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province send forth righteous thoughts together and eliminate the evil that is behind the Sanjiang Evening Newspaper.

[Laiwu City, Shandong Province] The Municipal Party Committee Slanders the Buddha Fa
On the afternoon of February 1, 2001, the Party Committee of Laiwu City in Shandong Province held a meeting of the municipal Propaganda Department and the United Frontier Department in the conference room at its office compound to slander Dafa and Teacher. Participants included:
Wang Xiaozhong, Yao Wei, Zhu Yaohui, Bai Fuxiang, Qi Mengfei, Ma Qidai, Zhang Tongzhen, Lu Luping, Liu Jie, the municipal Education Commission's Wang Yulu, the municipal Youth League's Bian Wen, the municipal General Workers' Union's Hao Min, and the municipal Women's Association's Zhou Guangjun.
Zhao Yufeng, member of the standing committee of the municipal Party Committee and head of the Propaganda Department gave a speech to summarize this meeting.
The complete contents that defamed Falun Dafa were published as the top news story on the front page of Laiwu Daily on February 2, 2001. The reporter was Zhang Lianchun.
In the same newspaper, three other people published another report (of the same nature). These three people were: Han Bing, He Licheng, and Hao Xiaode. Hao is a police officer, who also serves as a correspondent for this newspaper.
