As reported by the Central News Agency on April 3 from Washington DC, 51 American citizen and residents filed a civil lawsuit against Chinese authorities for the crimes of threatening, harming, and suppressing Falun Gong practitioners in the United States. The accused defendants are the Chinese Ministry of National Security, the Bureau of Public Security, China Central Television (CCTV), the Chinese Embassy in the U.S., and some State-run and privately owned businesses. The complainants asked the court to punish those who are violating American law, and stop the defendants from continuing their illegal activities.

As reported by Boxun (www.boxun.com) News on April 4, the Guangzhou Daily published two articles of the Falun Gong founder entitled "The Catastrophe," and "The Cleansing" on page A23, which was the "Weekend Financial and Economics Club" page in their March 30, 2002 issue. This incident caused a huge disturbance in the Chinese Communist Party Propaganda System. This Guangzhou Daily incident is another triumph for Falun Gong over important government-controlled media outlets, after the successful broadcasting of a Falun Gong program on Changchun cable TV. This is another heavy blow to the strictly-controlled Communist media.

Today 122 people declared solemnly that everything they said and did under great pressure and during brainwashing that did not conform to Falun Dafa is all null and void. They will redouble their efforts to amend the damages they caused, clarify the truth to people, and catch up with Master's Fa-rectification process.

The 610 Office (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) in Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province holds brainwashing classes illegally. It uses lying, beating, handcuffing, sleep deprivation, force-feeding, force-feeding of alcohol, as well as other methods to torture Falun Dafa practitioners. One Falun Dafa practitioner has been on hunger strike for over 44 days, and still has not been released.

The facts about the brutal beatings of Dafa practitioners by vicious policemen at Anshan City Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province: On May 8, 2001, practitioners resisted the police's persecution and thus suffered intensified persecution from the labor camp. Large groups of policemen arrived and beat the practitioners in the hallway and in the offices. The whole labor camp became a mess with sounds of beatings and cries ringing everywhere. Blood spots were all over the ground and the practitioners, with their hands twisted behind them, were beaten and kicked. They were beaten until their noses and mouths bled and they were bruised all over. On February 16, 2002, the sixth day of the Chinese New Year, practitioner Kou Xiaoping was tortured to death.

Practitioner Jiang Yunhong, a former engineer at Chengdu Air Compressor Factory revealed his experience of being brutally tortured by vicious thugs. For upholding the sacredness of the Law of the cosmos, justice in the world and the sanctity of the Constitution, he was arrested, beaten and sent to forced labor. He suffered all kinds of inhuman tortures and on many occasions, he was on the verge of death. However, he still has no regret and no hatred.

Using the Buddha Fa's divine powers to eliminate the evil: Recently, Jiang's evil group again escalated its persecution of Dafa and Dafa practitioners. They even used such demonic methods like force-feeding practitioners with human excrement. They also gave secret orders to shoot practitioners to death. When we encounter persecution, we shouldn't be afraid, as our supernormal abilities are enough to eliminate the evil beings within the Three Realms. If Dafa practitioners can all eliminate evil with their supernormal abilities at will to stop the thugs from committing crimes, then the Jiang and Luo criminal group will soon be destroyed.

It is also our responsibility to eliminate with righteous thoughts the evil that persecutes Dafa in the human world. Those malicious people and human degenerates who continuously persecute Dafa practitioners after hearing our advice about doing good have actually no human nature left, and therefore have lost the opportunity of being saved. Perhaps they are simply the "poison" that should be immediately eliminated. We cannot let them impede the Fa-rectification in the human world any more.

Letter from a practitioner in jail to his wife: I have been suffering all kinds of torture in jail. Every minute is even harder than a year to endure. Perhaps I will be tortured to death by the evil forces. But even though I would die hundreds of millions of times, it won't change my righteous faith in Teacher and Dafa. We must not be attached to the ending time of cultivation. If we have one day, we will do well in this one day, if we have 10,000 years, we shall do well in the 10,000 years. We must be consistent all the way. We pledge that we will see each other again in the incomparably wonderful colossal firmament when the Fa rectifies the human world.

The German newspaper Vaihinger Kreiszeitung reported on March 31, that on March 30, Easter Sunday, an activity introducing Falun Gong and the persecution encountered by Falun Gong practitioners in China was held in front of the Vaihinger City Hall. On March 15, Amnesty International sent an urgent appeal for rescuing Falun Gong practitioners in Changchun.

Persecuting righteous beliefs can only lead to complete failure. Sooner or later the day will come when all people see through the lies slandering Falun Gong. The clouds cannot block the sun forever. In the past 2 years, Jiang's regime has been fabricating all sorts of lies, continually carrying out brainwashing, brutal suppression and a vicious implication policy (referring to the fact that many family members, relatives and friends of Falun Gong practitioners are also persecuted), that will accelerate the regime's destruction.

A letter from a junior high school student to his peers: Please uphold justice and listen to the call of conscience. If every one in the world can live up to "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance," there wouldn't be murders, robbery, war, terror or bad people in this world. How wonderful the world would be then!

I have searched everywhere to find spiritual enlightenment. Just two months after I started to practice Falun Dafa, I felt that I had regained a new life. I had experienced all kinds of political movements in China and it was very difficult for me to believe in something easily. However, after I read Zhuan Falun and Teacher's lectures at various places, all the questions that I had in my life were answered. Several days into the practice, the roseola on my face and neck disappeared and my skin became smoother and finer than ever. My shoulder problem also went away.
