I am an Italian Falun Dafa practitioner. Recently, Italy was visited by Li Lanqing, the head of the Chinese government's "610" Office [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems]. We went to the Regione Toscana [Region of Tuscany] government offices to peacefully protest, but surprisingly, the Italian police actually submitted to the will of the Chinese dictator and forced us to leave. I spoke to a Chinese official, asking, "Are you afraid of the good fortune that Falun Dafa brings?" Afterwards, the Chinese delegation changed their route to and from the offices, in order to avoid our small group of peaceful people.

Recently, the arm of state terrorism, the"610" Office, has propagated their devious brainwashing techniques, in a serious attempt to build a false public image of "convincing" rather than coercing people. To accomplish this, they asked the collaborators [former Falun Gong practitioners who have gone astray due to brainwashing and torture] to fabricate a set of lies to confuse the practitioners. Because they had been persecuted for so long, and could not let go of their personal attachments, they became brainwashed. My wife did not see through this disguised evil and, in mid April, departed from her belief. Only days after being deluded, however, Teacher's benevolence impelled her to realize and amend her mistake. We successfully escaped from the den of evil and rejoined the mighty current of Fa-rectification.

A policeman from Baiquan City, Heilongjiang Province shot three times while chasing a Dafa practitioner. This practitioner was later found and arrested. He was brutally tortured in the detention center. In an unrelated incident, the city police of Baiquan recently stormed into the residences of local citizens in the middle of the night and arrested approximately 60 practitioners.

Jiang's regime encourages people to persecute Dafa practitioners by selling their souls. In Beian City, Heilongjiang Province, the successful arrest of a practitioner means an award of 10,000 Yuan to the policeman. The arresting officer of three practitioners received 70,000 Yuan. In Changchun, the monetary award per arrest amounts to one thousand dollars. Yang Fengbin, a practitioner in Haiyang City, Shandong Province, two female practitioners who were teachers in Jiutai City, Jilin Province, and Dai Chunhua, a practitioner in Siping City, Jilin Province, were arrested by police who wanted the monetary awards. These practitioners were later tortured to death.
