1. [Hebei Province] An Experience Sharing Fa-Conference Is Successfully Held

On June 15, an experience sharing Fa-conference was successfully held in the suburban area of a city in Hebei Province, with the attendance of 200 Falun Gong practitioners. The conference lasted for about six hours before coming to a satisfactory end. Practitioners exchanged their experience in clarifying the truth, sending forth righteous thoughts and saving sentient beings. They encouraged each other to do better in their path of cultivation.

2. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Never Yield to Inhumane Persecution in Xigemu Forced Labor Camp

In order to further persecute Falun Gong practitioners, the Xigemu Forced Labor Camp sentences have been extended. Currently, over 400 Falun Gong practitioners are illegally detained in it. Every Falun Gong practitioner who doesn't give up his/her belief is inhumanly tortured both physically and spiritually. In addition, the forced labor camp doesn't allow practitioners' family members to visit them, and it doesn't allow any clothing to be sent in. Some practitioners were illegally captured in winter. They are still wearing their winter clothes in the heat of summer. The labor camp doesn't allow practitioners to sleep, they force them to eat the slop for the pigs [consisting of leftovers scraped off of plates and spoiled food] and forcibly brainwash them. The Forced Labor Camp employs all possible contemptible means to change practitioners' firm belief in Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. No matter how bad the condition is, Falun Gong practitioners never yield.

3. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Five Falun Dafa Practitioners Are Illegally Sentenced to Jail

Five Handan Falun Dafa practitioners including Li Hongbin, Zhao Hong (female), and Wang Gang were illegally sentenced to three years in prison in June 2002.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] The Police Guards in Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp Inhumanly Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioners

Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City is a real hell on earth. Falun Dafa practitioners are sent there each day and from the moment they enter the labor camp, they suffer inhuman torture. The police guards shock the practitioners with their electronic prods. The miserable screams can be heard all day long. According to some practitioners who had been to several labor camps and detention centers in Changchun City, the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp is one of the most vicious and inhumane detention centers.

Over a year ago, a practitioner who had just been sent to the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp died on the spot from being kicked by a police guard. It is hard to determine the number of practitioners who were injured, disabled and tortured to death in that detention center. People of goodwill, please help to stop the crime. It should not go on.

5. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] The "610 Office" And the Public Security Branch Bureau in the Developing Area Fail to Send a Falun Dafa Practitioner to a Brain Washing Class

A female practitioner in Changchun City was illegally sentenced to forced labor camp. She was then released on bail for medical treatment. She has a child to look after. Her husband had to leave their home in order to avoid being illegally arrested. On June 4, the "610 Office" and policemen from the Public Security Branch Bureau in the High and New Technology Developing Area used deceitful excuses to lure the practitioner into coming to the police substation. Regardless of her little child, they forcibly took her to the Xinglongshan brain washing class. Later that day, leaders from the practitioner's working unit managed to get her back.

6. [Dongfeng County, Jilin Province] Members of the "610 Office" and Police in Dongfeng County of Jilin Province Illegally Sentence Handicapped Dafa Practitioner Peng Shenghua to Three Years of Education Through Forced Labor, And Continue to Persecute His Family Members

In early March of 2002, Peng Shenghua, a handicapped Dafa practitioner in Dongfeng County of Jilin Province was arrested at home. The police not only took away all the Dafa books and materials, but also confiscated all his possessions, including a color TV (2,000 Yuan), a video tape recorder (700 Yuan), a VCD player (450 Yuan), an electric fan with adjustable stand (260 Yuan), a desk fan (80 Yuan) and other items [note: average monthly income in China is of 500 Yuan].

He was illegally detained for almost two months. On April 30, without notifying his family members, the police secretly sent him to the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun and sentenced him to three years of education through forced labor. His family searched everywhere for him, and finally learned that he was sent to Changchun. When his family members and relatives went to the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp to visit him, other people had to hold him to go downstairs.

Before practicing Falun Gong, Peng Shenghua had bone necrosis on both sides, and was paralyzed at home. After practicing Falun Gong, he was able to stand up miraculously. All his diseases disappeared. He has been very grateful to Teacher, and steadfastly assisted Teacher in Fa-rectification. During the illegal detention, his legs could not bend, and he was unable to squat when using toilet, but he still didn't yield to the evil.

In October 2000, Peng Shenghua's wife was forced to become homeless and destitute because of her clarifying the truth of the persecution. Currently, the vicious people in Dongfeng County award 5,000 Yuan for her capture. Police confiscated all pictures of her. The police from the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp checked each and every visitor with a picture of her they had in an attempt to arrest her. While Peng Shenghua was being persecuted by the local vicious people, the police frequently went to his home to bother his family. They threatened his family and asked for the whereabouts of his wife. His elderly mother shed tears everyday.

7. [Dongfeng County, Jilin Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner in Dongfeng County of Jilin Province Is illegally Sent to a Forced Labor Camp

Chen Xuezhu, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Dongfeng County of Jilin Province was illegally sent to the forced labor camp because of his clarifying the true facts of Falun Gong to the people. He is currently being detained in Weizigou Forced Labor Camp in Changchun. More details are currently being investigated.

8. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners in Xi'an City Huo Guilan, Ma Yunhua and Zhang Yunxian Are Arrested and Sent to Forced Labor Camp Again

In April 2001, three Dafa practitioners in Xi'an Huo Guilan, Ma Yunhua and Zhang Yunxian were arrested while clarifying the truth. They were illegally held in the detention center. On August 1, they were sent to the forced labor camp. On the same day, they successfully walked out of the forced labor camp, which greatly shocked the evil persons in that area. As a result, many responsible officials were removed from their posts. In September 2001, while sharing experiences with other Dafa practitioners, they were arrested and were sent to the forced labor camp again. In the detention center, they didn't yield to the evil, and went on a hunger strike to protest. A few days ago, they were sentenced to imprisonment.

9. [Kaili City, Guizhou Province] Evil Deeds Committed By the Vicious Authorities in Kaili City of Guizhou Province

In 2002, policeman Gu X and Li Kai, head of Section 1 of Kaili City's Police Department in Guizhou Province escorted Dafa practitioner Wen X back from Beijing. On the way back, Li Kai not only confiscated 2,000 Yuan cash, which was returned to Wen X by Beijing authorities, but also threatened and forced Wen X to withdraw 3,000 Yuan with his bank deposit card and give the money to him and Gu X. Wen's wife didn't have a job. However, these two policemen asked Wen's wife to take another 5,000 Yuan cash to bail Wen out. Wen is currently being illegally held in a reform school, where juvenile delinquents are detained.

Qin Milan is a Dafa practitioner in Kaili City of Guizhou Province. Her husband Huang Jiaqi is a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Consulting Committee of Qiandong Nanzhou. He always travels to slander Dafa, and doesn't allow Qin Milan to practice Falun Gong. He put her under tight surveillance. Last year, Huang Jiaqi even sent his wife to the Mental Section of Kaili City's 418 Hospital, and openly spread rumors that she had a mental disease due to practicing Falun Gong. The doctors immediately treated her and injected medicine into her body. As a result, Qin Milan lost consciousness. Thus the doctors realized that she didn't have any mental disease at all. However, Huang Jiaqi, who had no conscience, asked the doctors to keep his wife in the hospital, monitor her and stop her from practicing Falun Gong. The doctors in the hospital were happy to take money, but they dared not use medicine (on her). Currently, details of Qin Milan's whereabouts are still unknown.
