1. Four Falun Dafa Practitioners Are Secretly Sentenced with Heavy Terms in Jilin Province
On November 20, 2003, Nongan County Court in Jilin Province unjustly sentenced four Falun Dafa practitioners secretly giving Mr. Han Lihui eight years, Mr. Han Libin ten years, Ms. Fu Jiajie and Ms. Fu Dexiu eight and nine years respectively. They were all unlawfully arrested in November 2002 while producing Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials. They continue to be detained in the Nongan County No.2 Detention Center. Mr. Han Libin and Ms. Fu Guijie are both college graduates. The court never notified their family members before the trial, so their family members could not be there. There were high level security guards placed inside and outside the courthouse. Police blocked the whole street in front of where the court house is located as if they were guarding against a large number of enemies. All four Falun Dafa practitioners had their mouths sealed while being escorted out of the courthouse. From internal sources, the Director of the Changchun City Middle Court House came, and officials from Changchun City People's Congress came, one of their vehicle was numbered 653. Other details are waiting to be further investigated.
2. Ma Dexin and Seven Other Falun Dafa Practitioners Are Unjustly Sentenced

3. Falun Dafa Practitioners in Mainland China Hold Experience Sharing Conference
In the middle of September 2003, Falun Dafa practitioners in two neighboring counties held a Falun Dafa experience sharing conference. About forty practitioners from these two counties attended. This was the first Fa conference held after July 20, 1999 in this area. Disciples used their own experiences and shared with each other how to cooperate well, upgrade as a whole, encourage and inspire each other, advance diligently together, follow Master's requirements, and do the three things well no matter in what environment.
4. Falun Dafa Practitioner Geng Na Is Unlawfully Arrested by Police
Falun Dafa practitioner Geng Na of Handan City, Hebei Province was reported on December 2, 2003 when passing out truth-clarifying materials, and was unlawfully arrested and brought to the Anju Police Substation, and transferred on the same afternoon to the Handan City Detention Center.
5. Town Committee Secretary Zhong Zhihui of Neijiang City, Sichuan Province Sends Falun Dafa Practitioners to Brainwashing Class
Zhong Zhihui (male) is a new Chaoyang Town Committee Secretary of Central District, Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, and has been assigned to this position for less than one year. He follows the plans of Jiang's regime closely and persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners in order to accumulate his "political merit." Whenever there is a brainwashing class held in Neijiang City, he always forces Falun Dafa practitioners who reside in this city to go to the class.

6. Police in Yichang City, Hubei Province Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioners
State Security Team Leader Xu Caixia (female), and Director Yang Yong (male) of the Wujia District Police Station in Yichang City, Hubei Province unlawfully arrested several local Falun Dafa practitioners and detained them in detention centers or labor camps.
The Director of the Runji Police Station of Xiling District, Yichang City, Hubei Province Hu Tao (male), unjustly sent many local Falun Dafa practitioners to detention centers or labor camps, and instructed the police to do many malicious things to damage Dafa. They often harass Falun Dafa practitioners and their families in their homes.
