Righteous Thoughts and Righteous Actions
The following is an excerpt from the article "My Mother-in-law."
After my daughter was born, my mother-in-law came to Beijing to help look after the baby. We studied Falun Dafa together, lived together, and improved together. I was dismissed from my job after July 20, 1999. My father was so angry that he became ill. My mother-in-law was the one calmed him down. My father came to a better understanding upon hearing her words and used his savings to help us with our financial difficulties. In March 2000, I had to leave home in order to avoid illegal arrest. Most of the Dafa work I had been doing was now taken over by my mother-in-law. She would send Master's lectures and Clearwisdom articles to fellow practitioners while caring for my baby.
Focal Point Article
The Central News Agency reported that the Hong Kong Falun Dafa spokesperson commented on February 23rd, that the government of Hong Kong SAR mistreated Taiwanese Falun Dafa practitioners who had come for the Falun Dafa experience sharing conference. About 450 Taiwan Falun Dafa practitioners flew to Hong Kong last week, and a parade was scheduled for February 23rd. However, 80 of the practitioners were deported. Falun Dafa practitioners requested that the Hong Kong government apologize for their conduct and treat the Falun Dafa practitioners fairly.
Facts of the Persecution
The Baimalong Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province has implemented a variety of brutal means of torture. Policemen used Falun Dafa practitioners as punching bags. They torture Falun Dafa practitioners by forcing them to stand or sit on small stools for long periods of time, handcuffing and hanging them up in mid-air, using electric batons to shock the sensitive parts of the body, forcing them to do hard labor in the mountains, locking them up in isolation, force-feeding them, forced brainwashing, and so on. Some practitioners have passed away from being force-fed and suffocated, while some practitioners have been disabled by the cruel torture.
