A List of Perpetrators and the Criminal Methods Used to Persecute Dafa Practitioners in Hunan Women's Prison

The main criminals in the Hunan Women's Prison include: Zhao Lan, Yin Chunling, Han Lingcui, Li Jing, Li Jun, Tang Mengxian, Luo Jian, Li Chunhui, Deng Chen, Tang Lu, Zheng Zhen, Wen Xiaoli, Tian Hua, the Head of the Jail Administration Department Zhou X, the Head of the Health Department Xiao X. The above staff members are all guards.
Their methods of persecution:
- Special police and armed police used high voltage electric batons, ropes, regular police batons, handcuffs, shackles, and single-foot stools. They let five criminals beat, kick, and step on Dafa practitioners and force them to kneel.
- They incited several criminal inmates to persecute practitioners by sitting on practitioners' bodies, prying open practitioners' mouths by forcing a metal bar between their teeth for force-feedings, kicking practitioners' abdomens, pulling their hair, and grabbing them by their necks.
- They withheld practitioners' food, deprived them of sleep, and forced them to stand for the whole night. They bound practitioners with rope, put them in isolation, and forced them to jump like frogs until they fainted, then awakened them by pouring cold water on them.
- They committed physical torture such as forcing practitioners to climb a wall.
- They handcuffed practitioners' hands to the windowsill to exhibit them to the public.
- They stuffed practitioners' mouths with soiled sanitary napkins.
- They cuffed practitioners' hands and dragged them along the ground, tearing off their clothes and making them bleed all over their bodies.
- They tortured practitioners by inserting high voltage electric batons into their mouths, causing them to bleed.
- Dafa practitioners were handcuffed and suspended in the air in torturous positions, including "The Sword" and "The Airplane" and were restrained practitioners with reverse handcuffs. (The above three handcuffing methods are particularly cruel).
- Police deprived practitioners of their basic rights, such as reading, writing, mailing letters, and speaking to others. Practitioners who did any of these things were punished severely. In addition, they forced Dafa practitioners to work for 12 to 15 hours each day.
