1. Crimes Committed by Liu Songhua

Liu Songhua, is the former deputy general secretary of the Party area office at the Southwestern Tool Manufacturing Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. Since July 20, 1999, he has taken an active role in assisting Jiang's regime, the "610 Office" of the province and the city, and the Xiaohe District Police Station to persecute Dafa practitioners [The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Dafa, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems]. Some Dafa practitioners who used to work in the factory have been sent to prisons, while some others have been sent to forced labor camps. Liu Songhua also fabricated charges and expelled steadfast practitioners from the Party. He also sent many Dafa practitioners to different brainwashing centers organized by the province, the city and the district.

For example, in January 2002, Liu forced six Dafa practitioners who worked for the factory to participate in a brainwashing class held by the provincial government of Guizhou. The factory was on the verge of bankruptcy and was not even able to pay the factory workers' regular salaries. The brainwashing class charged the factory 2000 Yuan per person each month [500 yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China.]. In addition, for every practitioner, the factory was ordered to send another person to guard the practitioner, and each factory guard cost the factory 2000 Yuan each. So a total of 12 people went to the brainwashing center at a total cost of 24,000 Yuan.

Some Dafa practitioners were very busy at work, but were forced to attend the brainwashing classes. Some had to flee their homes to avoid the persecution. Even women with young children were forced to attend. Liu personally led the factory security guards as police escorts in enforcing the practitioners attendance at the brainwashing centers. He has received awards and recognition from the heads of the "610 Office."

2. Crimes Committed by Luo Xun

Luo Xun is the head of the security department at the Southwestern Tool Manufacturing Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. Even before the Jiang regime began to officially persecute Dafa practitioners on July 20, 1999, Luo started to gather background information on practitioners who worked for the factory in preparation for the persecution. After July 20, 1999, Luo devoted even more energy to persecuting practitioners who worked for the factory. He worked closely with Liu Songhua and committed many crimes against practitioners. He ransacked the homes of many and had the practitioners followed or watched. He also sent many to different brainwashing centers organized by the province, the city and the district, and assisted the heads of the "610 Office" and the local police in trying to brainwash the practitioners

3. Practitioner Zhou Rong Tortured to Death

Mr. Zhou Rong lived in the Dazhai Village, Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. He was arrested in 2000 for going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. He was sent to Tianjin and then to Hebei Province where he was tortured and sent back to Guizhou in critical condition. His family sent him to the 44th Military Hospital in the Xiaohe Distirct of Guiyang City for treatment. He died in the hospital in 2001. He was only in his twenties when he died.

4. A List of Local Dafa Practitioners Sent to Forced Labor Camps

Ms. Wang Lixia is a retired accountant from the Southwestern Tool Manufacturing Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. She was arrested in 2001 and sentenced to four years at a forced labor camp. She is currently being detained at the Yangai Forced Labor Camp in Guizhou Province.

Ms. Jiang He is a retiree from the Huafeng Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. She was arrested in 2001 and sentenced to four years at a forced labor camp, and is currently being detained at the Yangai Forced Labor Camp in Guizhou Province.

Ms. Zhou Xianglan is in her sixties and is a retiree from the Honghu Machinery Factory in Pingba County, Guizhou Province. She was sentenced to an unknown term at a forced labor camp, and is currently being detained at Yangai Forced Labor Camp in Guizhou Province.

Mr. Wang Xiaodong worked at the 2nd Division of Guizhou Air in Pingba County, Guizhou Province. He was sentenced to an unknown term at a forced labor camp, and is currently being detained at Dujun Prison in Guizhou Province.

Mr. Li Ling was a train conductor at the Guiyang City Train Station. He was sentenced to an unknown term at a forced labor camp, and is currently being detained at Dujun Prison in Guizhou Province.

Mrs. Yan is the wife of Li Ling. She was sentenced to an unknown term at a forced labor camp. It is not known where she is being detained.

5. A List of Local Dafa Practitioners Sent to Prisons

Mr. Ge Yongsheng worked for the Southwestern Tool Manufacturing Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. He was arrested in 2000 and sentenced to 2 years in prison.

Mr. Zhou Bin worked for the Mining Machinery Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. He was arrested in 2000, and sentenced to 2 years in prison.

Ms. Yang Meizhen is a retiree from the Mining Machinery Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. She was sentenced to an unknown term in prison.

Ms. Zhang Peiying is her sixties and a retiree from the Electrical Machinery Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Zhou Liping is a retiree from the Xiaohe District Bearing Factory in Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Chen Yu was a physician at the Xiaohe District Utilities Factory in Guiyang Province. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison, and is currently being detained at the Xifeng Prison in Guizhou Province.

Ms. Li Guibei was a worker at the Yuanyonghong Factory in Xiaohe District, Guizhou City. She was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

Ms. Qu Yuxiang is in her sixties and used to work at the Xiaohe District Utilities Factory in Guiyang Province. She was sentenced to 2 years in prison. In April of 2001, she was released from prison in critical condition.

Ms. Zhang Yuxiang was a worker at the Xiaohe District Utilities Factory in Guiyang Province. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison, and is currently being detained at the Xifeng Prison in Guizhou Province.

Ms. He Chengfen was a worker at the Xiaohe District Utilities Factory in Guiyang Province. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison, and is currently being detained at the Xifeng Prison in Guizhou Province.

Mrs. Shen is the wife of Wang Xiaodong and was a worker at the Qianjiang Machinery Factory in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Zhou Zhenfeng was a resident of Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison and is currently being detained at the 8th Women's Prison in Zhongba City, Guizhou Province.

Mrs. Zhou Xiuju is the wife of Zhou Bin and lived in Dazhai Village, Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison. Because she had a young child, she was given permission to serve her term outside of prison. Since then, she has been forced to leave her home.

Ms. Ma Weina worked at the Dashuigou Mining Design Institute in Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Tiemu Xueming was a nurse at the Sanqiao Hospital in Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Mr. Zhang Tingyang was a factory worker at the Pingba County 170th Factory in Guizhou Province. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison and is currently being detained at the 8th Male prison in Zhongba City, Guiyang Province.

Ms. Qu Jing was a resident of Nanming District, Guiyang city. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison and is currently being detained at the Zhongba Women's Prison in Guizhou Province.

Ms. Du Yunyan was a factory worker at the Honghu Machinery Factory in Pingba County, Guizhou Province. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Ding Xiangzhu was an accountant at the Guiyang City Park Department. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Wang Tianyin is in her sixties and is a retiree from the Guiyang City Aluminum Factory. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Kuai Yali was a factory worker at the Guiyang City Aluminum Factory. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Zhang Yanqin was a resident of Guiyang City and was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Li Gaomei was a resident of Yupin County, Guizhou Province. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Duan Huaiyan was a resident of Liuzhi City, Guizhou Province. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Zhou Guoqing was a resident of Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.

Ms. Yao Quyuan was a resident of Guiyang City. She was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
