Officers from the Waitoushan Police Station in Benxi City, Liaoning Province Ransack Dafa Practitioner Zhao Yuliang's Home (Photos)

At 11:00 a.m. on April 9th, 2004, over 20 officers from the Waitoushan Police Station in Benxi City, Liaoning Province broke into the home of Dafa practitioner, Zhao Yuliang. They ransacked his home, then looted his property and dragged him away. The property the police stole included: Falun Gong books, Falun Gong exercise music, two cassette recorders, one watch, two certificates of bank deposits, two leather bags, and 2,300 Yuan in cash (1), 1,000 of which was pocketed by a policeman.

At 7 o'clock that evening, Zhao Yuliang was sent to the Ajialing Detention Center in Beixi City. During the 15 days he was unreasonably detained there, he retained strong righteous thoughts and refused to cooperate with the police. In addition, he clarified the truth to the police and criminals there, which enabled some of them to understand the greatness of Falun Dafa. Later Zhao was sentenced to three years in prison, but he was released on medical parole. Currently, Zhao had to leave home to avoid further persecution.
