(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Li Peiying, a seventy-two-year-old lady from Yongshan Village, Xinqiao Township, Anhua County, Hunan Province, was diagnosed with stomach cancer. Her health showed no signs of improvement even after she had spent 40,000 to 50,000 yuan (1) on medical fees, which is an astronomical figure for rural villagers in China. She used up all the money that her children, relatives and friends had given her and even had to sell everything she possessed that was of any value. Nevertheless her situation wasn't getting any better. The doctor told her to go home and prepare for the worst.

Ms. Li Peiying will never forget January 27, 2002 when a kind-hearted Falun Dafa practitioner walked a few kilometers to talk to her about how good Falun Gong is. Li was illiterate, but she asked the practitioner to read Zhuan Falun to her.

A miracle happened. The next day, Li was able to sit up in bed. Her family was shocked. That same evening, the practitioner again walked to see Li and to read Zhuan Falun to her. On the third day, Li left her bed and walked to the living room. She lit three sticks of incense to thank Teacher. When her neighbors heard about this, they all came to see this miracle for themselves and were truly amazed; some commented, "Falun Gong is unbelievable. It can revive people from their deathbed."

Now Li Peiying can read the teachings of Falun Gong and practice the Falun Gong exercises on her own. Her health is improving day by day. To show people the greatness of Falun Dafa and to tell people the truth about Falun Gong, she makes some glue, writes "Falun Dafa is good" and then posts them outside for everyone to see.

On the 100th day after she had first started to practice Falun Dafa, she went out as usual after breakfast to post her statements. After a hard days work of posting, she sat down for a break on a stone bench before she got on her way. When she got up she saw that two police officers had come to tear down the materials that she had just posted. Li went over to stop them and said to them, "You cannot do this." The police said, "So it's you who's done this! We have been looking for the culprits." Then half a dozen police officers came over, surrounded Li and asked, "Did you paste this here?" Li smiled and replied, "Yes, I did." The police yelled at her saying, "Why have you done such a thing?" Li replied, "This isn't a slogan. It's the law, the law of the universe. It saved my life. So why shouldn't I do this? I want to tell everyone that Falun Dafa is good."

The police officers left, driven away by Li's powerful righteous thoughts.
