(Clearwisdom.net) On August 21-22, 2004 (weekend),
practitioners continued exhibiting anti-torture displays with live actors and
Hollywood-style makeup on the streets of New York City's Manhattan, exposing the
persecution of Falun Gong in China.
The anti-torture exhibit was held at 60th Street
and Lexington Avenue, opposite an entrance to the subway. From 11:00 a.m. to
6:00 p.m., a continuous stream of people viewed the exhibit. Countless New
Yorkers have learned more of the truth about Falun Gong to some extent.
A white trailer from Washington DC with truth-clarification
pictures hanging around it attracted a great deal of attention. It moved around
downtown New York, allowing many passersby and drivers to learn about the truth
of Falun Gong. The practitioner who drove the trailer said he had planned to
contact more practitioners so that the truth clarification trailer can move
around Manhattan's streets not only on weekends but every day. He also hoped
that there would be more truth clarification trailers that could bring the truth
to more New York people.
