1. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Xu Linshan Tortured to the Brink of Death at the Tailai Labor Camp
Mr. Xu Linshan, over 50 years old, is a resident from Nianzishan District, Qiqihar City. Since July 20, 1999, he has been arrested and detained as he believes firmly in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." After he was released, he continued to practice Falun Dafa and clarified the truth. As a result, he was again arrested and has been detained at the Tailai Labor Camp of Heilongjiang Province for over three years. Mr. Xu Linshan has been force-fed with water laced with hot pepper, and he is still being tortured even though he is on the verge of death..
2. [Hebei Province] Lao Peng and Zhao Gongli Arrested by the Police
Lao Peng and Ms. Zhao Gongli from Jingzhou, Hebei Province were reported and arrested by the police when they were giving out truth-clarifying materials. Now, they are being detained at the Ximen Detention Center.
3. [Dingxing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Lu Yuhui and Zhai Fengju Arrested and Taken to the Detention Center
On the evening of February 12, 2005, Ms. Lu Yuhui and Ms. Zhai Fengju were seen giving out truth-clarifying materials by the village officials of the Longhua Village and reported to the Police Substation. The Police Substation later reported them to the National Security Team of the county and on the same night, their homes were searched. They were arrested and taken to the detention center.

4. [Bangbu City, Anhui Province] Ma Jun Arrested in Shanghai
Around July 20, 2004, Ma Jun was arrested by a policeman named Zhong Yongxiang from Longzhihu District and taken to a brainwashing class. Later Ma Jun escaped due to her righteous thoughts. Since then Ma Jun has been homeless to avoid persecution. On January 14, 2005, Ma Jun was once again arrested by the police in Shanghai and is now detained at the Bangbu City No. 1 Detention Center.
5. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Police Arrest Wang Yuqing and Two Other Practitioners from Xinqu
Wang Yuqing, Wang Shuqing (to be further verified) and another older man, whose name is unknown, from Xinqu, Huludao City, Liaoning Province were arrested by the police from the Police Substation at Yuhuang Mall, where they were clarifying the truth at 11:00 a.m.. Currently they are being held at the Huludao City Detention Center and their families are prohibited from visiting them.

6. [Zengcheng City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Feng Bingkun Arrested by the Police
At 9:00 p.m. on February 21, 2005, Mr. Feng Bingkun from Zengcheng City,Guangdong Province was followed and arrested by the police from Zhenlong Police Substation when he was giving out the truth-clarifying materials in the countryside. He had some Falun Dafa materials, including some truth-clarifying VCDs, on him. On the same night, the police searched his home, but they did not find any truth-clarifying materials, so the police planted some flyers in his room and claimed that they found them there. The police also confiscated his cell phone, his ID and his employment ID. A reliable source said that Feng Bingkun has been sent to the Zengcheng Labor Camp, and his wife and their one-and-a-half-year-old daughter have been rendered homeless.
7. [Chuzhou City, Anhui Province] The Situation of Practitioners from Fengyang County Who Were Arrested During the July 20, 2004 Period
Mr. Shen Xue'an, an employee of Fengyang County Agricultural Bank, was arrested on July 19, 2004 and taken to the Fengyang Detention Center. He has been detained there to this day. Since this practitioner is determined in practicing Falun Dafa, he was sentenced to forced labor for one year in 2002.
Mr. Shao Qing, the security guard of the Linhuaiguan Rubber Factory of Fengyang City, was arrested on July 20, 2004 and taken to the Fengyang County Detention Center, where he has been severely tortured.
Mr. Zhang Decan, a farmer from the Dashandi Production Team of Caodian Village, Fengyang County was sent to the Nanhu Labor Camp at the end of December 2004, and has been brutally tortured.
8. [Yitong County, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Yanhui Arrested by the Police from the National Security Team
At around 8:00 p.m. on January 31, 2004, Yang Dong, Fu Lijun, Sun Shuping, and others broke into Ms. Zhang Yanhui's home. Without finding any evidence, they forcefully arrested and took Zhang Yanhui to the Yitong County Detention Center, claiming that some other practitioners said that they had contact with her. Zhang's relatives and friends tried everything to rescue her. The Deputy Director of the Public Security Bureau, Zong Guo, who was mainly in charge of persecuting Falun Gong, initially promised to release her, but later she was transferred to the Yitong Detention Center for further torture. Mr. Zong demanded a large sum of money for her release.

9. [Hejian City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Fulin Still Detained
On January 14, 2004, Mr. Wang Fulin (over 40 years old), from Nanshicao Village, Hejian City, Hebei Province was arrested along with his wife Ms. Mo Junhua and Sun Dawen. Local police arrested them while they were giving out the truth-clarifying materials. They were detained at the Detention Center of the Hejian City Public Security Bureau. When their home was searched, a large amount of truth-clarifying materials, Falun Dafa books, tapes and copy machines were confiscated.
Since Sun Dawen's family paid the Public Security Bureau almost ten thousand yuan, and they also pledged twenty thousand yuan, after five days Sun Dawen was released and went home. Mo Junhua had high-blood pressure (200/160) after she was tortured. The labor camp released her because they did not want to be held accountable for her condition.
Wang Fuling started cultivating in 1996, and he recovered from a stubborn skin disease without any medication. His practice also resulted in significant improvements in his mind, body and his relationships with his neighbors. During the five years that Falun Gong has been subjected to wrongful persecution, he has been detained five times for clarifying the truth.

On the morning on February 22, 2005, Ms. Jia Jun was arrested and taken to the Beiquanfu Police Substation in Jinan City when she was seen by someone giving out truth-clarifying VCDs. Her mother Jia Xiuying was arrested from her home and taken to the Beiquanfu Police Substation by the officers from the Licheng District Public Security Bureau. Ms. Jia Jun's 6-month-old baby was left at the grandmother's home unattended.
11.[Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Bai Junjie Sentenced to Seven Years
Mr. Bai Junjie, from Zhangjiakou City, Hebei City was arrested by the Qiaodong Wuyi Road Police Substation on January 28. On February 17, the Qiaodong District Court had a hearing for Bai Junjie. Since Bai Junjie could not make it to court due to having been tortured unconscious in the detention center, they sentenced him to seven years of imprisonment in his absence. Bai Junjie has been on a hunger strike for over 20 days. He has appealed to the Zhangjiakou Intermediate People's Court.
