1. Mr. Qi Dianwu, 56 years old, from Daqijia Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City.

On November 22, 2002, local police arrested and detained him for one day because of cultivating Falun Dafa. He was fined 3,000 yuan.

2. Ms. Xu Mingxiang, 61 years old, from Heping Village, Liaolan Town, Pingdu City.

She attained the Fa in May of 1998. Before she attained the Falun Dafa, she had chronic laryngitis, arthritis and high blood pressure. After she cultivated Falun Dafa, she recovered from all these problems and became very healthy. Since July 20, 1999, the village cadres and local police often came to her home to harass her.

3. Ms. Ma Sumei, 37 years old, from Quanzhizhou Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City.

She was arrested in 2001 on the way to Beijing in Binzhou to validate Dafa, and was detained in Pingdu City for 15 days and had 500 yuan confiscated from her.

4. Ms. Ma Suye, 42 years old, from Landi Town, Pingdu City. She was arrested for cultivating Dafa. She was detained for two and a half years in Zibo City and fined 5,000 yuan.

5. Xiao Gao from Landi Town, Pingdu City. She was arrested for cultivating Dafa. She was detained for two and a half years in Zibo City and fined 5,000 yuan.

6. Ms. Song Guiqin from Landi Town, Pingdu City. She was detained for 15 days in Pingdu City for cultivating Dafa and fined 5,000 yuan.

7. Ms. Wan Qinghua, from Qiansun Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. On October 11, 2001, officers from the Landi Police Station arrested her. She was detained for three days and then transferred to the Qingdao Detention Center. One month later, she was sent to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp, where they rejected her because of health problems and sent her back home. She was fined a total of 4,767 yuan. On June 17, 2003, because of distributing truth-clarifying materials, Li Yonghui, the head of local police station, arrested her. She was sent to the Pingdu Brainwashing Class and suffered persecution for 35 days.

8. Ms. Mei Yun, 55 years old, from Minyi Village, Liaolan Town, Pingdu City.

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. In June 1999, officers from the Liaolan Police Station detained her for two days and one night. In December they detained her again for nine days and fined her 1,000 yuan. In August 2000 she was arrested at a fellow practitioner's home and detained one night at the local police station. Before the 2000 New Year's Day, she was detained for seven days in the Liaolan Police Station, during which time she was handcuffed, locked to a metal chair and deprived of sleep. Then she was sent to the Pingdu Detention Center and detained for 15 days. Her home was illegally searched during that time.

9. Mr. Ma Zhizhao, 56 years old, from Magezhuang Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City.

He started to practice Falun Gong at the end of 1997. After July 20,1999, because of appealing on behalf of Dafa in Beijing, he was detained in the Binzhou City Police Department and fined 250 yuan.

10. Ms. Song Xuehua, 45 years old, from Zhuangke Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City.

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. Local police arrested and detained her at the local town government office. Her family paid 500 yuan for her release.

11. Mr. Wang Xueliang, 45 years old, from Zhuangke Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. He started to practice Falun Dafa in 1998. Because of appealing for Dafa in Beijing, he was arrested and robbed of 1,000 yuan. He was sentenced two years of forced labor and served the time in the Qingdao Forced Labor Camp. He was released after being forced to write the guarantee statement.

12. Mr. Qi Guangyu, 68 years old, from Daqijia Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City.

He started to practice Falun Gong in 2003 and benefited greatly. After Jiang Zemin's regime began persecuting Falun Dafa, local police arrested and fined him 3,000 Yuan. He soon passed away as a result of the persecution.

13. Ms. Zhu Mingxin, 40 years old, from Sangyuan Village, Landi Town, Pingdu City.

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. In December 2002 she was fined 3,000 yuan for attending group study in a local practitioner's home.

14. Ms. Chen Yonghua, 48 years old, from Dahezha Village, Pingdu City. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998 and benefited greatly. In 2002 someone reported her attending group study at a fellow practitioner's home. She was subsequently fined 3,000 yuan. In April 2002, she was arrested from home without any reason and detained for half a month.

15. Ms. Chen Meiying, 64 years old, from Dahezha Village, Pingdu City. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. She was arrested in January 2002 for attending group study at a practitioner's home. Local police slapped her in the face over ten times, and she was fined 3,000 yuan.

16. Ms. Wang Caixia, 60 years old, from Hebei Village, Landi Town, Pingde City.

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. In 2002 she was reported to police when she was studying the Fa at a neighbor's home and arrested. She was fined 3,000 Yuan and detained for half a month by personnel from the 610 Office in Pingdu. She was released after being forced to give a statement to give up Falun Dafa practice.

17. Ms. Song Guiling, 59 years old, from Hebei Village, Landi Town, Pingde City.

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. In October 2000, because of appealing for Dafa in Beijing, local government officials arrested her. Her family paid 5,000 yuan for her release. Someone reported her to the police in January 2002 when she attended group study at neighbor's home, and she was arrested. She suffered beating at the police station and was fined 3,000 yuan. She was not given a receipt for the fine. One month later she was taken away for no reason and sent to the Pingde Forced Labor Camp. She was detained there for half a month.

18. Ms. Wan Aiqin, 47 years old, from Landi Town, Pingde City. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1996 and her health improved dramatically. In February 2000, because of appealing for Dafa, personnel from the local government detained her for over one month. She was stripped of her clothes and deprived of sleep. Her husband was extorted to pay 10,000 yuan for her release.

19. Ms. Sun Suling, 40 years old, from Wangjia Village, Landi Town, Pingde City. She started to practice Falun Gong at the beginning of 1999. In January 2000, because of appealing for Dafa in Beijing, she was detained in Hebei Village for 20 days. She was stripped of her clothes, deprived of sleep and was not given enough to eat. Her family was extorted to pay 6,000 yuan for her release before the Lunar Chinese New Year . In June 2001, because of writing truth-clarifying materials, she was extorted into paying 240 yuan by persons from the local police station.

20. Ms. Zhang Shuying from Hebei Village, Landi Town, Pingde City. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1997. In January 2000, because of appealing for Dafa in Beijing, she was detained locally for 20 days. She was not given enough food and was deprived of sleep. The day before the Lunar Chinese New Year, her family paid 8,000 yuan for her release. In October 2000, she went to Beijing again to appeal for Dafa and was sentenced to three years of forced labor.

21. Ms. Wan Baoying, 57 years old, from Hebei Village, Landi Town, Pingde City.

She started to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. In January 2000, because of appealing for Dafa in Beijing, she was illegally detained at the local party school for over 20 days. She was fined 5,000 yuan by Pingde Town officials and later 5,200 yuan by Landi Town officials. In October 2000, she went to Beijing again to appeal. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor and sent to the Jinan Women's Forced Labor Camp.

22. Ms. Jia Shuying, 49 years old, from Fengjiaxiabai Village, Landi Town, Pingde City.

After she started to practice Falun Gong in 1998, she regained her health. In January 2000, because of appealing for Dafa in Beijing, she was illegally detained locally for more than 20 days. Her family was forced to pay 6,000 yuan for her to be released. In October 2000 she went to Beijing again to appeal for Dafa, and she suffered brutal beatings at the local police station. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor and sent to the Zhibo Forced Labor Camp.

23. Ms. Wei Zhenye, 40 years old, from Hebei Village, Landi Town, Pingde City.

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. In October 2000 she went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor and sent to the Zibo Forced Labor Camp.

24. Ms. Liu Xuehua, 58 years old, from Henan Village, Landi Town, Pingde City.

She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998. When she visited a fellow practitioner, she was reported to police and arrested. She was fined 3,000 yuan and sentenced to three years of forced labor.

25. Mr. Xia Qinchi, 50 years old, from Hebei Village, Landi Town, Pingde City.

He is handicapped. After he started to practice Falun Gong in 1998, his health improved a great deal. In 2001, because of distributing a flyer, he was reported to the police. He suffered brutal beatings at the local police station and later was detained for half a month by the 610 Office in Pingdu.

26. Mr. Geng Xiujie, 56 years old, a teacher at the Pingdu City Landi Occupational High School, started to practice Falun Gong in 1995. Since Jiang Zemin's persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, he was imprisoned in various ways by personnel from the government and the school, and not allowed to leave. In December 2000, he was sent to and detained in the Pingdu Detention Center for one month without any reason. Policeman Yu Bin beat him twice so severely that he lost consciousness on both occasions. Later he was sent back to and detained at his school for two months, and he was not paid his salary for two years.

27. Ms. Ma Aixiang, 59 years old, from Qianzhuang Village in Landi Town, Pingdu City. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1998 and her health greatly improved. In January 2002, someone reported her to the police while she was at a fellow practitioner's home. The perpetrators from the local police station found and cruelly beat her. After extorting 3,000 yuan from her husband, the police released her back home. One month later she was again arrested and detained in the Pingdu Detention Center for a month. She was forced to write the guarantee statement not to practice, and only then was she released back home.

28. Mr. Zhang Junyan, 48 years old, from Goudong Village in Wanjia Town. Because of not giving up practicing Falun Dafa, officers from the local police station arrested him on December 12, 2002. He was not allowed to sleep, suffered electric shock, and was beaten by the police with a coal shovel. He was fined 5,000 yuan and his home was ransacked twice.

29. Ms. Han Xihua, 54 years old, from Goudong Village in Wanjia Town. Because of not giving up Falun Dafa practice, perpetrators from the local police station arrested him on December 12, 2002. He was not allowed to sleep, suffered electric shock, and was beaten by the police with a coal shovel. He was fined 5,000 yuan and his home was ransacked twice.

30. Ms. Liu Chunhua, 62 years old, from Xiaowanjia Village in Wanjia Township, Pingdu City. Because of practicing Falun Dafa, she was threatened on December 24, 2002. The perpetrators were officers from the local Wanjia Police Station. They fined her 3,000 yuan.

31. Ms. Gao Cuilian, from Xiaowanjia Village in Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. Because of practicing Falun Dafa, she was threatened by officers from the local Wanjia Police Station on December 24, 2002 and fined 3,000 yuan.

32. Ms. Li Xiumei, 45 years old, was a nurse at Landi Town Hospital, Pingdu City. She started practicing Falun Gong in 1997. In October 2002 she was detained for four months by personnel from the Pingdu 610 Office. They forbade her to sleep, and she was not given sufficient food. She was forced to write the guarantee statement to stop practicing, and only then was she released.

33. Ms. Zong Shaojuan, 47 years old, a farmer in Fengjiaxiapo Village, Pingdu City. She started practicing Falun Gong in 1998. Because of having written an open letter to validate Dafa, she was illegally imprisoned, hit over 20 times in the face by 610 Office policeman Yu Bin. Only after her husband wrote the guarantee statement not to practice was she released back home.

34. Ms. Chen Guanmei, 40 years old, is a farmer from Fengjiaxiabo Village, Pingdu City. Doctors at a hospital had diagnosed her with a fatal illness. After practicing Falun Gong in 1998, she recovered from the illness. Since the Jiang regime's persecution started, village officials monitored her closely. In January 2002, while she was studying the Fa in a fellow practitioner's home, she was reported to the authorities and subsequently detained. The local police extorted 3,000 yuan from her husband, and then she was released back home.

35. Mr. Jiao Peizhi, 55 years old, from Sunjia Village in Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. After July 20, 1999 he was arrested and detained for four days by town and local police station personnel for practicing Falun Gong. In November 2000, police arrested him and his wife Sun Ruizhen while they were distributing truth clarification materials. Ms. Sun Ruizhen got away successfully with the power of her righteous thoughts. Jiao Peizhi was put into a detention center for a month and endured enormous suffering. The other prisoners took all of his clothes, and he was forced to stay outdoors to suffer the freezing cold. They frequently poured cold water over him, and beat and interrogated him. In July 2001, he was sent to a brainwashing class for a month. In November 2002, local police forced him to sit on a metal chair for a long period of time. He was forbidden to sleep, and suffered electric shock and beatings with a baton. Later he was sent to a brainwashing class again, and his wife was arrested, too. Again she was able to get away with her strong righteous thoughts, though she was fined 2,300 yuan.

36. Ms. Wan Cuixiang, from Majia Village in Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. She once had an incurable disease. After she attained the Fa in 1998, a miracle happened - she was freed from the sickness. After July 20, 1999, because of her clarifying the truth and validating the Fa, Wanjia local police station personnel seized her. She was put in handcuffs, tied to a chair to be shocked with high-voltage electricity, and extorted 1,000 yuan. She left home and went from place to place for 40 days to avoid further persecution.

37. Ms. Wang Xuejun, 54 years old, from Xiaowanjia Village in Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. Because of her practicing Falun Gong, she was detained for seven days on July 19, 1999. The detention took place in the town's appeals office, under the jurisdiction of the local police station. They did not let her sleep, and her home was searched. On July 18, 2000, officers from the local police station detained her for four days. During the night of October 1, 2000, police from the local station took her from her home, led there by the town officials.

38. Mr. Bi Mengzeng, 64 years old, from Bijia Village in Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. He started practicing Falun Gong in April 1998. Within less than a year, all of his illnesses were cured. On July 21, 1999, he was arrested and detained in an office by officers from the local Wanjia Police Station. He was not released until he promised under duress not to practice anymore. Because he wrote a letter to the first secretary of the town to clarify the truth about Falun Gong, the local police station chief Li Yonghui and the others took him to the town appeals office. The police extorted 1,000 yuan from him and didn't let him go home until seven days later. On November 15, 2002, Li Yonghui arrested him again, and his home was searched. The police took away 1,900 yuan in cash, his daughter's 1,000-yuan bank deposit certificate, one tape recorder, one Zhuan Falun book, Dafa materials, the Falun Gong exercise tapes and other items. The police slapped his face, cuffed his ears, struck his hand with a stove poker, shocked him with an electric baton, forced him to squat and forbade him to sleep. He was tortured in this way for seven days and fined another 1,200 yuan. The total amount of fines was 5,100 yuan.

39. Ms. Wan Sufang, 42 years old. Because she brought back two boxes of truth clarification materials, at 6 a.m. one day in December 2002, Wang Shouyuan from the local Wanjia Police Station took her to the Pingdu National Guard Division. She suffered enormous physical torture and mental torment, and was fined 8,000 yuan. One night in 2003 when she was distributing truth-clarifying literature, chief Li Yonghui and political head Yu Tao from the local Wanjia Police Station arrested and took her to the station. She was handcuffed for an entire day and night, and fined 5,000 yuan. She was forced to write a guarantee statement not to practice Falun Gong any longer.

40. Mr. Li Fengxian, 71 years old, from Wanjia Village, Pingdu City. He obtained the Fa in 1998. On December 19, 2002 officers from the local Wanjia Police Station arrested him and detained him for five days. He was forbidden to sleep and had to sit on the concrete floor. The police stomped on him, kicked him in the head, slapped his face with a strip of metal, and fined him 5,000 yuan. He was forced to write a guarantee statement not to practice anymore.

41. Ms. Bi Xianqin, 34 years old, from Xiaowanjia Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. She obtained the Fa in 1998. During the morning of December 21, 2002, local Wanjia personnel grabbed and detained her for a whole day and night, and did not allow her to sleep. The police slapped her face, whipped her with a belt, pulled her hair and forced her to squat while wearing handcuffs. She was fined 5,000 yuan and forced to write the guarantee statement to stop practicing.

42. Ms. Song Xiufang, 37 years old, from Daqijia Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. After practicing Dafa in August 2002, all of her illnesses disappeared. On the morning of November 23, 2002, five policemen grabbed and took her to the local police station. The police in turn threatened and intimidated her to tell them with whom she had contact, or they would send her to a forced labor camp and to brainwashing. Later, after extorting 3,000 yuan from her, the police let her husband take her home

43. Mr. Bi Xiancheng, 38 years old, Ms. Bi Dongjuan, 35 years old, this couple are from Bijia Village in Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. On February 1, 2004, when they were clarifying the truth near Damou Town in Gaomi City, local police station personnel from Gaomi City arrested them, and their motorcycle was taken away. After 5 p.m., they were released to go back home.

44. Mr. Wang Congshou, 42 years old, Liulin Village in Cuijiaji Town, Pingdu City. At the end of 1998, he started to practice Falun Dafa. He obtained a healthy body, and all of his previous bad habits disappeared. In May 2003, local police arrested him and locked him onto a metal chair at the station while handcuffed. Policeman Yu Tao slapped his face, kicked his lower abdomen and forbade him to sleep. He was detained for two nights and three days. After being fined 3,000 yuan, he was released.

45. Mr. Qi Guangchi, from Xiaoqijia Village in Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. Because he was practicing Falun Dafa, local Wanjia police seized him on December 9, 2002. Policeman Wang Xiuguo locked him onto a metal chair, didn't allow him to sleep, pinched his neck, slapped his face and shocked him with an electric baton. His home was searched three times, and over 2,900 Yuan in cash and two tape recorders were taken away. He was fined 10,000 yuan. After being detained in the local Wanjia Police Station for four days, he was sent to the Pingdu Brainwashing Center to suffer forced brainwashing.

46. Ms. Zhang Zhifen, 63 years old, from Songjia Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. She once had various physical ailments and could not work for years. After practicing Falun Gong in December 1998, she obtained good health, and all the various illnesses were gone. After July 20, 1999, together with other practitioners, she went to Beijing to express her opinion about the goodness of Falun Gong. The Binzhou police seized her, took her back and extorted 250 yuan from her. She was detained in Pingdu for 15 days, where she was extorted out of 200 yuan, forced to work every day and compelled to eat rice containing a lot of sand. In the end, she was unconditionally released.

47. Ms. Xie Junmei, Xiwangjia Village, Wanjia Town, Pingdu City. She used to have all kinds of physical illnesses and couldn't work for years. After she obtained the Fa in 2001, all of the illnesses disappeared. In September 2002 when she was hanging a banner that clarified the truth, Wanjia police seized and dragged her to the local police station. The police beat and kicked her, grabbed her hair to shake her head and burned her with a fireplace instrument. She was covered with injuries. She was detained for a full seven days and wasn't allowed to sleep. After being fined 6,000 yuan, she was released.

48. Ms. Ran Xueying. After obtaining the Fa in1997, she was detained in the local police station for nine days and forced to write the three statements. Prior to the Chinese New Year of 2001, she was detained by personnel from the local police station for 12 days and fined 2,000 yuan. She was forced to sit on the concrete floor for 12 days straight and restrained from going to the toilet.

49. Ms. Yu Shanmei. She obtained the Fa in 1997 and her health improved. She was detained in the Liaolan local police station two days before July 20, 1999, for 15 days. Ms. Yu was forced to write the three statements and then released. Later she went to Beijing to validate the Fa, and was seized and taken back by persons from the local police station. She was detained in an empty room, forced to sit on the concrete floor, wasn't allowed to use the toilet freely and was fined 6,000 yuan. Her family was forced to sell their only ox. In October 2001, police officer Liu Shifeng arrested her. He took her to the local police station and slapped her face until it was badly swollen. The second day, she was sent to a detention center and detained there for 12 days.

50. Mr. Ma Zhizhao, from Mage Village, Pingdu City. In November 1999 he was fined 250 yuan for going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong.

51, Ms. Song Xuehua was fined 500 yuan.

52, Mr. Wang Xueliang was body-searched, and the police took away the 1,000 yuan he was carrying.
