Before the electric shock torture, Tang Yubao, deputy head of the Number Two Group in Longshan Labor Camp, Shenyang, instigated criminal offender Bi Shuhua and others to beat Ms. Gao. Most of the practitioners imprisoned in Longshan Labor Camp were forced to wear clothes like the one in the photos.
