CCP Intensifying its Spy Activities to Persecute Falun Gong Outside of China

April 20, 2006

(Clearwisdom.net) According to reliable sources, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is still intensifying its spy activities overseas to persecute Falun Gong.

Since the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999, there have always been dozens of secret agents lurking around the residence of Mr. Li Hongzhi in the U.S., attempting to assassinate Mr. Li. These spies are from Division II of the CCP General Bureau of Staff (hereafter referred to as "Division II").

Division II is located on 1 Huangsi Ave. in Dongcheng District, Beijing. Seen from the outside this unit appears very normal. However, inside is a military base. When going to work, staff members dress casually. Once inside the building they all change into their military uniforms. It is said there are eight sub-divisions in Division II, with sub-division 1 being composed of spies. These spies are all outstanding graduates from military schools sponsored by Division II. Two of the schools are the Chinese People's Liberation Army International Relationship Institute in Nanjing (formerly named Division II Spy School) and the Liberation Army Foreign Language School in Luoyang. After three to four years of training, they are sent to different places to carry out different tasks. Most of them are dispatched to places overseas. Their personal files are only stored in Division II. Once their identity is revealed, their personal files are destroyed, so no one will ever know they once worked in Division II.

All the eight sub-divisions are involved in the persecution of Falun Gong. Some of them are in charge of collecting information while others are responsible for carrying out assassination plans. According to practitioners who know the inside news, in 1999, these spies made numerous attempts to assassinate Falun Gong's founder, Mr. Li Hongzhi, but failed. Now it's impossible for them to make such an attempt.

Every year people from Division II are given overseas assignments. It has been learned that another batch of people will be dispatched this year. Some of them will go to Europe. Most of them will work in Chinese embassies or consulates.
