(Clearwisdom.net) As the evil deeds of the guards in Division I of Masanjia Forced Labor Camp continue to be exposed, the authorities at the forced labor camp recently switched to a new tactic in its persecution of Falun Gong practitioners-forming a so-called "Office of Striking" to specialize in using guards, who have not yet been exposed overseas, to violently beat and torture Falun Gong practitioners. The director of the forced labor camp, also a representative in the "People's Congress" for Yuhong District, openly threatened, "[We as] dictatorship organs must carry out the persecution. I'll see how long you [Falun Gong practitioners] can sustain it!"
With orders to systematically persecute Falun Gong practitioners with violence, the guards in the "Office of Striking" brutally beat practitioner Ms. Sheng Lianying, injuring her legs and mutilating her face. Ms. Sheng Lianying has been holding a hunger strike for ten months to protest the persecution, while Cao Yujie and Chen Bing, the prison doctors, force-fed her three times a day.
While brutally beating practitioner Ms. Feng Shuhua from Tieling, the guards injured her head, her face, and later her leg. In addition, they extended her imprisonment by ten more days. The thugs beat another practitioner, Xie Dewen from Dalian City, and locked her up in a small cell. Also locked up in a small cell was practitioner Ms. Qiu Li from Fushun City. Ms. Zhang Chungang, a practitioner from Dandong, was punished by being forced to stand for extended periods of time, humiliated, and subjected to male guards' sexual advances. They beat another practitioner, who has been refusing to give out her name, and caused swelling on her head.
Lately, many practitioners are experiencing symptoms of coughing and chest pain as a result of the violent persecution. The practitioners who are in particularly bad shape have to lie down on the bed. The guards prevent them from turning onto their backs or talking.
Li Wei, Jiang, and Tu Yupeng, the former male guards in Division I whose crimes in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners have been exposed overseas, have been transferred elsewhere, while Cui Hong, a female evildoer, was transferred to an office at the labor camp level.
On February 23, 2006, the authorities of the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp formed the so-called "Office of Striking," comprising of the Education Division, Division of Public Order, and Division of Disciplinary Action. The constituents of this new "office" are the head of Division of Disciplinary Action Ma and about two dozen guards specializing in beating and torturing practitioners, including Zhang Ping (female guard), Zhang Yan (female guard), Chen Jinglin, Liu Yong, Xie Yong, Zhang Jun, Wang Qi, and Wang Jie. Stationed in Division I, the so-called "Aftermath Office" specializes in binding up wounds and other evidence of mistreatment after the thugs have beaten and injured practitioners. Indeed, the violent persecution is as organized as a production line.
Division Director Su Jing and Political Commissar Wang Naimin are personally involved in directing the violent persecution. Thugs from the "Office of Striking" are free to use chairs to strike practitioners in the hallways and force practitioners to wear uniforms. Because of the violent torture, many practitioners have suffered internal injuries. Also, the guards forced some practitioners to take off their winter pants and coats and then locked them up in iron-bar beds for days and nights in the freezing winter.
Lately, the authorities of the forced labor camp made a ridiculous rule that none of the practitioners in a cell can go to the bathroom unless everybody needs to go. In addition, they opened the quilts and tore the winter pants off of all of the practitioners in the name of conducting a search for Falun Gong teachings.
As of mid-March 2006, 39 practitioners were imprisoned illegally in Division I, while over 200 practitioners were imprisoned in Section II for Women, which consists of three divisions.
